Ninetydays was a global design challenge posed to 9 designers in 9 cities around the world: within 90 days, build a chair that can be made for $200 or less that can support the weight of a person up to 200lbs. The catch? The chair had to be able to fit inside a FedEx box.
All nine FedEx packages made it to their destination, here is the video of the chairs being assembled. Comments
Nice! I liked the 2nd one, made of paper I assume. Some were super lame - like that sheet of cloth. A FedEx box would have definetely been better than that!
